Here is a question for those using Itunes as a music source.

I have a library of AIFF files ripped from CD's on my Macbook Pro. It's stored on an external HD. I also have a Pure I-20 dock for my Iphone. The dock is connected to my stereo via a DAC. I also have an Airport Extreme for in house wireless streaming of Itunes music. I have installed airplay on my Macbook Pro to wireless stream the Itunes library of songs to my Iphone.

Now I ALSO have Bitperfect for Itunes. When I turn on Bitperfect for playback on Itunes, it DOES NOT stream to the Iphone. So Bitperfect does not work wireless.

Any solutions for this? Has anyone already tried this with any success?

Are you running 10.8 (Mountain Lion)? In the Bitperfect FAQ it says AirPlay is only supported in Mountain Lion. I don't currently use a Mac, so I'm grasping at straws,  but maybe that's it.

Well I am using Snow Leopard and Bitperfect works on this MAC OS via MacBook Pro. Just not streaming out.....

Maybe I can check into that further to see if that is the roadblock.
