Cornet2 bypassing Clarinet active stage?
« on: 4 Nov 2012, 09:30 pm »
Hi all.
Just a quick question to get advice. I have a Cornet2 as well as a Clarinet. I've put a dpdt with 2 sets of inputs and a cheap volume pot (in-line with only one of the inputs) into my power amp. My original idea was to run the Cornet2 output straight into the power amp. However, now I am thinking about just running the C2 output through the Clarinet like everything else and scrapping the potentiometer in the power amp. What do those of you that have built Claricorns do? Do you send the C2 output to the Clarinet's active stage? Do you bypass the active stage and just use the passive bits?
Thanks for any thoughts!
Bill

Yes, the CLARICORN sent the CORNET2 output to one of the CLARINET inputs.
