Hi everyone, I just wanted to report that the JVC RX-F10 does accept a 44.1 digital signal upsampled to 176.4 khz via the digital input. I am running a Panasonic DVD-F85 DVD Changer and I am using the Digital ReMaster feature this unit has to output a signal of 176.4 khz. The RX-F10 will not however accept a 192 khz signal. Ah, the sound.
I previously had the Panasonic XR45 but I sold it because it was very limited in its features, and options. The JVC has many more useful features (non including the smart setup which is virtually worthless, b/c you could measure and get the same results, its great for lazy folks I guess.) such as digital Eq, subwoofer output options, phase, etc.
Great little unit from JVC. I have owed many receivers in my life including the most expensive kind of their respective years, but I can not remember any that sounded better than the JVC. It hasnt even burned in yet.
