Never was a Cowboy fan?  In your book is right.  You're oblivious to the real world.  The Cowboys are a confused team and the reasons why are as clear as your face in the mirror.  Maybe, just maybe, if this year is humiliating enough, their owner will do what needs to be done.  For my money, he has single handedly ruined the franchise.  Yep, I'm bitter.  But, you must be a happy fan of his, right?  He is a Cowboy after all.  Well, good luck with that.  The best thing he could do for your team, then, is get some help.  Good luck with that, too.  And I still wanna know why New England isn't your favorite team.  I didn't mean that I wanted to hear from you personally (except for that).  Just letting you know that in my opinion you are missed.  That was the intent, numb nuts.

Thank you but you don't have a franchise on bandwagons.  I'll do as I please.  Might you have OCD?  You know they can treat that.

How about Harbaugh's little *experiment* with the 49'ers?

Kaepernick is an impressive kid, but Alex Smith has to be pretty pissed off.

The finish of the Colts-Lions game was unbelievable. While I'm thrilled (and amazed) the Colts won, while making so many mistakes for 3 quarters, it has to be gut wrenching to be a Lions fan. Megatron killed the Colts for 3 quarters and   looked unstoppable. To see your team throw away another close one that was pretty much in the bag late in Q4, oye.

I liked the Colts win cause of them trying so hard and for their coach.  And, how about dem Seahawks?  Fiesty lil buggers aren't they.  Way to go Pittsburgh!  Not many people were expecting that.  Sanchez got benched and Tebow didn't go in?  Some handwriting on the wall there I would say.

Well there's a couple of silver linings today, Bears lose and the Pack wins, and Steelers beat the Ravens.  I wonder who's in first place in the NFC North now?  Whom do we know here who might have the answer?  Hmmm.......

I guess I'll go downstairs and watch the Iggles get slaughtered, or not.

Gotta feelin Houston is gonna get beaten by the Pats.  Think Dallas will get beaten, also, by the Bengals.

That's the first time I've seen the Bengals play this year and don't see what all the fuss is about.  They have no running game.  Romo played a perfect game least ways I can't think of any mistakes.  The better team won.  That was clear to me.

What the hell happened to Pittsburg?

If I got this right, the Giants lose to the Saints today and Dallas will tie them for the #1 spot in the NFC East.  Well, the Saints are goin thru them like a dose of salts as I type.

How about those Seahawks?  Man, I love an upstart.  Knock off SF will ya???

The Pats Rocked!  Really rocked.  Houston was a no show.  Man, that was one sided as all get out and who saw that coming to that degree?   Ten years from now when the networks are doin one of those best-QB's-ever shows, ya think Tom Brady might could get included?  Hats off the the coaching staff, too.

Wow, some great games on tap this weekend.  Green Bay at Chicago with the points going 2.5 for GB, but predictors seeing 1-4 points for Chicago.  Bodes well for a great game, but Chitown being so pitiful lately (where is jackman, can anyone find him, is he okay?) I have to go with the oddsmakes and pick GB, but would not be surprised if the Bears make a showing and actually win the game.

N.Y. Giants at Atlanta, I could hardly make a pick here, points go to NYG by 1, my predictors are one going for NYG by 2 and the other Atlanta by 2.  Atlanta hasn't beaten anybody this year, not their fault, it's the schedule, but still.  I'm going very tentatively for the G-men.

Denver at Baltimore seems a clear cut victory for Payton and his new team.   Baltimore hasn't shown an ability to hang with the big boys in either defense or offense, and they're pretty banged up.  Denver by 3.

Indianapolis at Houston with the oddsmakers having it as a blowout by 10, predictors even worse at 13, but I think Luck is coming on and will make it a closer game.  The Houston D and O lines with inevitably control the game, but I think Indy may give them all they want for a while.

Pittsburgh at Dallas, with the points favoring the Girls by 2 at the start of the week, then the Steel Curtain by 1.5 points, then back to the Cowgirls by a point today, the betters can't make up their minds.  The Steelers have owned Dallas this century with four straight wins back to 2000, but they are just too beat up and injured at this point of the season, Dallas by 4.

Finally ending Sunday night with San Francisco at New England.  Will young Kaepernick come back against the juggernaut Pats?  In a word, no.  Alex Smith and Tom Brady have nearly identical QB ratings of 104.1 and 104.2, yet Harbaugh in his infinite wisdom will fight Bill Belichick's team with the kid, who has been a bit gun shy lately.  I like Harbaugh and they way he's turned the team around, he certainly knows more than me about football, but I might go with the veteran here.  NE by 4.

Well, now, what have we here?  A potential 3-way tie in the NFC East?  That be the case, come on Redskins!!  They are the most fun to watch.  Maybe Pittsburg can put the lights out on the Pokes today.  But, maybe not.

Can't say I'm not happy about "DA Bears" meltdown.  Who knows, the Vikes could sneak in and knock out the Bears altogether.  It wold be good to see the Redskins sneak in the playoffs.  RG III is a lot of fun to watch.

Nice analysis, Let.  Hope you do that more often.  Besides that I think you're right-on with your picks.  Well, except for that very tenative one.

Thanks Jim, but it appears the only thing I had right with the G-men was being tentative.

Does anyone else think it's a scumbag, lowlife move by the Cowbitches to let Josh Brent be on the sidelines for today's game?  As if I needed more reasons to hate these pond scum dwellers, at least now there's no reason anyone in America can defend them.  Just now the move was universally decried by the CBS halftime analysts, good for them.  And to see him walking around laughing and joking with what I'm sure will shortly be his former teammates, disgusting.   :nono:
