The 2250 is a 250 watt @8ohms/400watt@4ohms twin triode hybrid tube amp.
I am the second owner of this great amp and it does have the deep  bias.It has some very fine scraches on the sides but the front, top and back are fine.I think it came to me with the scraches ,I only noticed with close examination for this sale.The amp looks great and runs perfectly.

I will go ahead and give this a bump for a great amp. Have loved it with my SP Tech Minis (which are surprisingly demanding of amplification) and with my Von Schweikert VR-4s.

Depending on where the scratches are on the front, getting a new front faceplate is possible and not too pricey (~$60 IIRC). I looked into this when UPS handling caused my front faceplate to be dented (but turned out that there was more damage than that, so I sent it off to Butler for repairs).

I can also recommend that Jason and BK Butler at Butler Audio are great to deal with.

I see you are looking at this. It is a beautiful sounding amp with VSA speakers. My VR-4s are happily biwired to this amp. Keep meaning to add my impressions to the VSA amp thread over on that Circle...

There are no scratches on the front, top or back, the amp looks perfect on the rack.
