he took out a load bearing CMU wall ! and had to put a temporary steel beam with jack to hold his house up !!!  crazy fellow.

(CMU = concrete masonry unit, for those who don't know)

Yeah, but that was a helluva big pair of jacks!   :thumb:  What I find odd is the CMU wall wasn't waterproofed!  Wonder if he's gonna pave the ramp and put in a door?   :scratch:
