No.
One RCA tested 100, it was not cryo treated.  It was removed from the preamp and is in a drawer.
One RCA tested 96, it was cryo treated and is currently being used.

The cryo treated tube will be retested a few weeks from now when I am ready to do an A/B comparison.

This hasn't been abandoned, one of my Sherwood tuners developed a really nasty hum so when the shop says come and get it I'll retest this tube on the same tester and then wrap it up.
It's still going strong and sounds as good as always.

The Great Cryognics Shoot Out is completed.
It's been a few months now and nothing has changed since the first week:
The cryogenically treated tube still sounds sharper (clearer) than the non treated Secret Weapon tube
and
the cryogenically treated tube still tests the same.

The results aren't jaw dropping but they are there.
The wife still can't tell a difference but, just like before, she has her nose buried in a laptop so isn't really listening.

I can imagine how puzzled they must have been in the early days of the space program when they discovered that the properties of returning metal objects had changed.

For myself I'm going to end up getting a bunch o' tubes treated and will send along some speaker cables as well.
I think that the results justify the expenditure.
