A Penn and Teller 'Bullshit' episode about Hi-Fi. I think it would be hilarious, they'd have a field day with $500 wooden audiophile knobs, Bybee's, audiophile wood oil and $5000 bits of wire.  

For those that don't know, 'Bullshit' is a fun jab at and debunker of all things bullshit. Not that I'd ever dream of calling any part of our hobby bullshit of course, no, not me

Yeah, a friend of mine saw their show in Vegas recently...said it was a scream.

He said he thought, after the show, that Teller was talking...I told him I doubted it.  It would puncture their myth.

Actually, that myth was snuffed out long ago for me.  My sister works at Harper Publishing in NYC (Production Supervisor) and produced their first book (I think it was their first; several years back).  

She said Teller indeed talks, and talks a lot when he's rolling.

Audiophile wood oil? Does that really exist? If it does please post a link. I'm tired of polishing my speakers with Mr. Clean.

Oooh ooh!  After learning about that show's existence a couple weeks ago (yes, by banner ad I am ashamed to admit) I suddenly wished I had cable again.   Argh!   So, is it good stuff? Am I missing anything???
