Just bought one in Oz: can easily recommend.

This is IMHO a screaming bargain. If I were in the US I'd buy this just to have a spare.

Good luck and please - someone pick this up....works very will with single driver speakers.

Do it, Chip!  Melody gear is outstanding!  I'm using an MK88 right now with my VR-33 speakers and this $2k integrated beat a Music Reference RM-9 mk2 and VAC PA100/100 in my system!!

Screaming bargains!

It's one of the best amps around.  I've had two and one time compared it carefully over several weeks to the $10K Audiopax monos and a good tube preamp.  It lacked just the smallest bit of refinement compared to the Audiopax amps (which are world-class, and as smooth and refined as they come).

Wow, thats quite the endorsement.

Melody stuff is great...  I dunno why it doesn't see more praise on the boards.

I've got Paul beat as I've actually had three of these ( though "two" of the three were actually Paul and I selling the amp back and forth to each other) and this one for sale would have been my fourth as I had actually agreed to buy it off Audiogon last year when Luan (shawbros) hit the Buy it Now button and swiped it from me!  It's a great amp.....and if i could use it with my Pre or if it had a remote it would be mine!

Can you get a remote for it?

Previous models didn't have remote control function.

I insisted on it when I took over the lines.
Can you get a remote for it?

There's no remote as it uses a stepped attenuator, which, of course, is far more difficult to motorize than a pot.

I need another amp like a hole in the head (as usual) but if nobody buys this thing soon maybe I will.

I am interested, but not having a remote drives me crazy.  I wish sound engineers were more consistent on volume.
