 looks good you lucky dog! But one thing, I think it is highly recommended that your wires are twisted very tightly.

 
And people are stuffing them into tiny tiny boxes because they can! How many 600watt @ 2 ohm amps do you see everyday just barely large enough to set a drink on? Exaggerating, but basically the tiny form factor is cool stuff.

Massive enclosures are now effectively old fashioned.

Looks fantastic.  Totally agree with the larger chassis.  Where is the thermal compound being placed?  Below the pcb or along the aluminum angled sinks and the lid?

Nice case.

You really should twist the wires though.  The one thing that Bruno is adamant about is twisting the speaker wires and running them from the same side of the terminals on the NC400. 

Also, the umbilical from the NC400 to the SMPS should at minimum be wire tied tightly but twisting is a good thing.  He has made this very clear in the data sheet and mulitple times on diy that it's a large benefit.

Good work, but note that your right channel speaker output wires are going right over the output inductor. That is a simple change you can fix. Sharp eye cab  :thumb:

This is how I originally did it but have swapped to just bare 12AWG in ther post.  This eliminates a cheesy connector.  Bruno did say that it doesn't matter though.
