I'm working on my next Ncore Chassis.    It will be a Dual Mono Ncore design.  The basic parameters are:
Black Anodized
17"W x 10"L x 3.47"H
2 Balanced or RCA Neutrik inputs
2 Speaker Binding Posts of common size

Robert, a suggestion. 

Consider changing your layout by arranging the right supply and board to be the same as the left pair (or vice-versa, depending on how you have the amp boards arranged).  Reason being is with the mirrored arrangement you have now, I am reasonably certain one of the wires bundle between the supplies and boards might  have to cross over the amp board. 

Just a thought.

Good ideas Bob.  I'm going to drill the right side amp so that it can be placed forward or backward.  That way people can choose if they want to mount the right side PS and Amp facing the front of the chassis and then avoid any cross over wiring.  I had other ideas like drilling the top of the case and mounting the right side upside down but decided that would be too unconventional.

I wanted to let you guys know about my experience with Steve at Apex Jr.. As I was about to place an order I noticed his address and that the fact that he's about 10 minutes away from me. Today I called him up and made a trip over there.

Bottom line-he's a great guy, has a bunch of stock that's not on his website, and his prices were about the cheapest I've found for equivalent parts. I ended up getting binding posts, XLR and RCA jacks, chassis IEC's, power switches, and a lot of wire. I highly recommend giving him a call to discuss your needs. For the Hypex project he was a perfect one stop shop.

Nice jtwrace! That's the man and the space, pretty much exactly as I saw it today.

The speaker binding posts look and feel good. The chassis RCA's are decent, but definitely not high end. If I were using RCA inputs on my amp I would personally go for a better quality post. Not mentioned on the site are Neutrik chassis XLR's. He has the best price I've found on those.

I committed to 3x mono blocks.  Two Silicon Ray RE2207 chassis pre-cut for Ncore, about $175/pr delivered.

Compared to a 3-ch amp, one Ncore mono block is easier to tote around to test with high-end acoustic instruments.

Thanks for this link. 

It appears Ncore users would either cut the base panel or, if mounting to the non-conductive board with multiple pre-drilled holes, they'd give up the heat sink function recommended by Hypex.  Is this correct?

Update on the Dual Mono Chassis.  I should take delivery of the cases on Friday and be able to post photos that night.  Shipping will start on Monday.  The price is set at $145 per dual mono chassis.  The shipping price is still to be determined.
