I an well familiar with the Halcyons, i provided EnABLed & matched Alpair 10PeN for a couple pair and showed how they could be biamped — either Curt or Madisound said it couldn’t be done.

So yours are stock.

I was more interested in the 604 box (are teh Altec or GPA?).

Misread... Modded internally a bit but the GPA 604-8H-III's are in a Stonehenge V design.

My smallish dining room area. Klipsch CF3 (better stands) I know. Yamamoto A 08-S. Stream Amazon HD only.
The CF4’s have way old vintage Fisher 70a mono’s. There’s a hidden CD player and partially visible Audio Research SP3. <<Definitely not flea watt. The Fisher

My very modest system. Single Pass designed ACA powering Klipsch Forte IIIs. I use a Marantz 1060 as a preamp along with a Bluesound Node 2i Gen 3, Oppo  CD player, and Fluance TT.

WLM Diva 97dB speakers with Audio Mirror 20w Eargasm (during winter, they run hot) and Berning prototype 1.5w 6UL8 per channel (during summer).

Scott F.

After a nearly 10 year hiatus from SETs, I ditched my Mac n B&W system and went back to my Welborne 300b DRDs. After listening to the Klipsch Cornwall type IV's, I knew they would be a good match, and they are. The new Cornwall's ARE the real deal.

Poultrygeist

Decware powering Zenith alnico, compression horn tweeters and Realistic supers. A class d amp with 70Hz Fmods driving the Alpha H-frames. Source is a 4K Firestick streaming into a HDMI extractor/SMSL SU-9 DAC and monitor. Soft hockey practice pucks provide a cushion between the Zenith upper baffle and bass H-frames.

Poultrygeist

Bottle Head 2a3 mono-blocks powering Lii Audio F-15s while a class D amp with Fmods active x-over powering Eminence Alphas.

Poultrygeist

Full range drivers are Zenith 8's, Zenith 12's, Lowther DX-3, Coral Holey Baskets and Gramophone Sound Master. Bass woofers are 15 inch Alphas and Sansui 16 inch. Amps are Bottle Head 2a3, Dennis Had EL-84 and MiniWatt S-1.
