Hello,
I'm simplifying my system from separates down to just a CD player.  Up for sale is the Lite Audio CD21 transport in excellent condition (8/10).  Comes with remote and original box.  I've had this for maybe a year, bought it off a friend who had it for a year and is the original owner.  Also, up for sale is the superb MHDT Havana DAC.  This DAC is well reviewed online and competes with DACs costing much more.  This DAC will come with the stock Jan 5670 tube and a MHDT high grade USB cable ($50 value).  I have the extremely rare and superlative NOS tube Bendix 6385 (2 pair), which takes the SQ of this DAC to its highest level.  I also have the next in line, behind the Bendix, Western Electric 396A NOS tube up for sale.  The combination of this transport and DAC is a match made in heaven when connected through the 96kh output of the transport.  Thanks for looking.  Prices as follows:

Lite Audio CD21 - $600 Shipped SOLD
MHDT Havana (w/stock tube & USB cable) - $750 Shipped  Sale Pending
Bendix 6385 Tube - (used in DAC minimally throughout year) - $100 Shipped
Bendix 6385 Tube - (used less than 1 hour) - $125 Shipped
Western Electric 396A Tube - $40 Shipped
SOLD

Info on the Lite Audio from Pacific Valve:
Bass:  DACs produce firm and controlled bass that extends to the lowest registers.
Mids:. Produces a clear and wide open midrange with dynamics
Highs:   Extended without being etchy or screechy.  Dynamics:  Very open and dynamic presentation, this where the transport excels.
Air around instruments:  Transfers more than adequate information for air and space.  Imaging / Sound Stage, Resolution / Detail: Above average of what you would fine at this price range.
Transports at twice the price, we have found, excel in this area.
Value: High value for the price point; consider features, function and sonic qualities.

Comments from Vic at Pacific Valve:
"There really is not another transport like it, where upper midrange compression and lower bass boomies disappear to a more clear and concise picture that tries to mimic vinyl in just about every step of the way. Its the weird looking clamp that does it as it attempts to stabilize the CD so the laser accuracy is appreciably improved.  With less error-correcting, you get more of the music."
