In case folks are wondering, all the Liberty Cable stuff I've tried so far has been very good. These have been: Z500 XLR, Z500 RCA Audio, and Z500 coaxial digital audio. Not just "good for the money", good flat outright at any cost. The cost here being insanely cheap - like $7 for digital audio, $23 for RCA pair, and $24 for XLR pair. They compare favorably - if not better - than much more expensive Wireworld OCC interconnects I've tried / owned.
Sound-wise they have all the virtues of OCC - super smoothness, good depth / width, but the bass suffers slightly. The connectors for all are great quality, and the wiring itself has nice plush / soft jacket. Aesthetically the liberty & Z500 / OCC labelling lets it down slightly, but this is really being picky.
Word of caution: the $24 price for the Z500 XLRs is for the PAIR - not single. The description is not clear and w/ the "choose blue or red" option you think you are ordering 1. So I needed 9 cables and ended up getting 9 PAIRS! And its no refunds / returns.
Not crying though - these are AWESOME cables, and I'll get use of all of them at some point. I'm thinking of ordering more of the RCA's as I actually liked them even better than some Acoustic Zen OCC internconects I have as well.
I bought but have not tried out the speaker cables yet.
