It looks like the "S" model handles two subs.
Both models (C & S) handle two subs.  The difference between the two models is MONO IN or STEREO IN.

Hi Guys,

Yes the S modle handles 2 subs. I have my subs placed on the floor directly behind each monitor. The 8033s is connected by line level from the L&R outputs on my Warpsped Optocoupler. The Warpspeed has dual outputs for this purpose. Then a pair of IC's to each sub.

Using the 8033s is a breeze. You plug in the supplied omnidirectional mic and place it at your listening position. Then the sub IC is put on the LFE input on the sub amp, this is done to take the sub amp crossover out of the signal path. Then press the two top buttons simultaneously for a few seconds and the 8033s begins to do its thing. There are 4 sweeps of the room at various fequencies for about 3 mins. The 8033s uses its algorithm's to adjust for nodes and nulls and then stops. Take off the mic, switch the sub IC back to either the right or left input and sit back and enjoy. The only adjustments from there are crossover and volume. The settting is saved even if you turn it off. If you move your seating position, change wires, etc... Just go through the process again and your good to go. There is also a way to use a number of mic positions to accommodate a larger seating area for home theater use. There is also a 25hz and 35hz lift feature to bump those frequencies up a few db if you so desire.

One of the cool feaures of the 8033s is that you can pretty much place your subs where you want them. Out of the way in a corner is not a problem with the 8033s. I preferred mine as close to the monitors as I could place them.

I bought mine here: http://www.simplifiaudio.com/online_store/dspeaker_store.html

Even if you get a DSP thingy I'd strongly advise getting some form of measurement equipment. There is Room EQ Wizard, Omnimic, XTZ Room Analyzer, Fuzzmeasure, AudioTools (for iPad), etc. DSP is a good solution for times when you only care about one seat but with two subs you can end up with phase cancellation issues which DSP cannot solve. Use the measurement equipment to confirm you don't have any bad phase cancellation and get things as flat as you can THEN use DSP to bring down the peaks.

I wonder how you connect the 8033 to subs that don't use LFE, like my Rels? They are connected to speaker out directly just lloke my Maggie's.

As noted the 8033s is line level only.
I'm not familiar with the general make up of Rel sub amps , not having owned one. I'm not sure of this but you may be able to turn the cross over up past the limits of the 8033s frequency sweep tones and get the same result. Also look into a speaker to line level adaptor, these are mostly used in car audio installs, but there may be one out there for your needs.

Perhaps Rel subs aren't a good match for an Anti-Mode?

That would be too bad because the little "thingy" works as advertised.

Contact a dealer and explain your set up, they would be the best to help you out.

Good luck,
