But this worried me: "It's going to be kind of space-agey. The idea is to make it a technology-driven, interactive experience.........."   

There's a place and time for everything, but "space-agy" and the blues are two different moods for me. Maybe it's a personal thing?

Good though. Laclede's Landing needs much more than it has to draw people to it.
