The time as come for me to let go of this truly excellent DAC which was extensively modified/rebuilt by the very talented Wayne of Bolder Cable Co. It's an exceptional DAC and I don't think anything near its price (Tranqulity SE/Burson/EE DAC Plus) can touch it.
I thought I'd keep it forever, but I ended up getting a significantly more expensive Lampizator DAC which I slightly prefer.
I'm the original owner and paid for the mods to be peformed to this DAC. It is the full monte level one, tube and solid state and comes with the Acme fuse and the awesome Psvange 12au7.
You will not find a better DAC for my price of $1150 shipped (conus).
No lowballs, please. If your reading this, you know what this DAC is and this is the first opportunity which has come up to buy one used.
