Here's a tried and true, sure fire, proven method for being able to remove, delete and finally end all of the "Tunes that you CAN'T get out of your head."

1) Take a deep breath
2) Begin by singing aloud, "We all live in a Yellow Submarine" several times
3) Continue silently, but still repeating the words and melody to yourself, "We all live in a Yellow Submarine."
4) Continue mentally, "We all live in a Yellow Submarine."
5) Go back to number 1 and repeat.

Voila. All tunes will be gone; Your mental and emotional equilibrium will be returned, you will not be nearly so concerned about "Sugar, Sugar" by the Archies or "I Don't Like Spiders and Snakes, And That Ain't What It Takes To Love Me" by Jim Stafford.

Just in case anyone is wondering, there is an actual word for a "song that is stuck in your head" it is called an "EARWORM."  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earworm

I find that reading takes my mind off the song. Also, I would suggest laying off the caffeine.
