USB plugs and receptables for DIY USB 2.0 cable

Hi
Where can I order a limited amount ( so no bulk) USB  2.0 type A (male) plug
and USB 2.0  type B plug to makle my own "high end" USB cable?

They have the USB type A, not the USB type B , unless in mini format, so I am halfway

I only need a pair for 2 usb cables.
