Finally! There's a company offering many useful MG/modernist products in
home use size packages! I just placed an order for some Activa RM & GS, plus some pop rocks and tapioca maltodextrin.
I'll let you all know how the transaction goes. If they're solid this will be a giant step for home cooks that don't need two years worth of the stuff at a time!
