MB 100 with a nice power cord

i felt the need to post this information in case someone else is considering this

. you'll get more bass out of your mb-100s with an aftermarket power cord. more bass that is larger, stronger, and more dynamic. and unless my hdxv or sn tubedac are reaching some break-in mark, it makes things sound better too.

i went with none other than the Aural Thrills Audio Silver Big One

I have Virtual Dynamics Basics on mine and I think they sound great with them! I think a good power cord is essential to get the best out of almost any amp.

Yes, agree, a good power cord is important for these amps since they can pass a pretty good amount of power. I took mine a step further by having power filtration built into the power cords.
