Hey!

I know what you mean. Sheet films are very expensive now. I think Kodak no longer have 4x5 film in 25 sheets pack. A box of 100 sheets T-Max 100 now cost $70. My Sinar F1 have been collecting dust since late 2005  :| And it is not hard to set up your LF cam around NYC without getting attention of police, building securities and etc.

Anyway, I used to own a Mamiya RZ Pro II cam with 110mm f2.8 in the late '90s. Beautiful camera, the lens produce great image also and the 6x7cm is the same proportion as 8x10" :D

Take care,
Buddy :thumb:

^^^ Wow, that's pretty.  :thumb:

If you're ever of the mind to sell a print of that, drop me a PM.  :thumb:

Wow. Best one yet.
That's amazing Nathan. That image right there is way past a good understanding of a piece of equipment. That's nothing short of masterful artwork.

I hung out with the scum of the earth on my vacation too!  I thought the out of focus branch was a good idea at the time, but now I'm not so sure.  It's not bad I guess.

That branch is rather disconcerting. A bit bothersome not to be able to focus on something in the middle of your vision - but if that's the goal/purpose of it....

Nice. The level of detail on the moss is amazing. Great job!

It took a bit of tweaking but I got a good print finally.  (16x20")My mom hinted that she wanted a print of this one for Christmas.

It's called "The Bog Man's Den"

In the crisp morning air the Bog Man of Cedarburg crept from his ancient hovel and sat upon a mossy log, letting the flickering beams of sunlight gently warm his leathery hide.

I just invented the idea of a mythical creature living there who looked like one of the bog people found in peat, except alive.  It's just some of the amusing nonsense I think about when I am saving my Photoshop file.  Otherwise it would be something like "Trees With Moss" and that's just no fun at all.

Looks like a great idea for a calendar.  Months of the Bog Man
