New amp has been in the box for 6+ years?

New amp has been in the box for 6+ years?

Didn't know where to look for the answer for this, so I'll try here. I have a car amp, soundstream van gogh series, supposedly last of the great soundstreams, that's been sitting in a box for at least 6 years I think. Any concerns for firing it up now, letting the caps settle in etc?

Sitting in a clean box, should be totally fine. In a really humid or dusty area, maybe be more cautious.

Cool, thanks guys. Been in the box in a bedroom. Wish i could run it in my car easily, but don't have a set up anymore. Considering selling it actually, these seem to be rising in value a little.
