Rare U.S. version of Luxman's 1980's LX-33 with the Fujitech label.
This integrated amp sports the acclaimed type OY series transformers.
The preamp section is composed of 4 12AX7, 2 12AU7, and 1 6AQ8.The amp is driven by 2 Svetlana and 2 Sovtek EL34 (they have about 100 hours on them). They sound quite good for long periods of time.
I have also used this unit as a preamp for my McIntosh Mc225 and its an excellent combination. I removed the power tubes to do this. Jumpers for main in/out included.
I operated ALL inputs and outputs and they function flawlessly and quiet.Luxman built these amplifiers for themselves and Fujitech. They are identical. No manuals/schematics from the previous owner, but any competent tech can work on it.
The preamp section hasI just had the amp totally gone thru with 13 caps/resistors replaced. Physically in excellent condition. I have it operating in pentode where it brings approx. 35 wpc and 18 in triode. A wonderful well built integrated with phono. Typical Luxman build quality. Aux, tuner, and 2 tape also.
This has a cage with a few scratches on the top towards the front.
