Just installed the last two channels in my 9B-ST-THX, and while putting back all those S-1 screws I wondered if there was an offical N-m torque number that Bryston uses?  I do have acess to an appropriate torque wrench from work and figure I could geek-out.  This is a also a genetic issue (my Mom calls it the 'G* Method': "If a little strength won't do it, then a lot might.")  Needless to say the guys in our family have a habit of breaking things.  Though from work I've learned to do the standard hand tight-snug that works best.

The screws are a Robertson -- A Green handle Robertson screwdriver or bit is required.

I had no trouble with the bits (I've gather a small army of torx bits because of having lots of Macs--one set also had the S-# square bits.) I was just wondering about putting the bits into a torque wrench and tighting them down to factory specs.  
Had a friend who actually when through his new truch and torqued down all the screws to factory specs (even found a few loose ones.)  Just being overly zelous.
