From what a lot of tech websites report, there is not much difference hardware terms b/w the 2 versions. Mostly cosmetic stuff.
Being a sucker for deals, and someone who thinks that the Ipad are overpriced magnified itouches, I thought that $350 is a fair price for this machine. Agreed its a refurb... but at this price I bit the bullet and saved a few more of my hard earned $$ from reaching China.

These appear to be education only links. Are they valid for everyone? 

I haven't yet figured out what to do with an iPad, but if they lowered the price, I'd be interested.  It would make a nice SqueezeBox wireless remote, but I also have a Nokia 770 I use for that.  So, I need something to push me over the edge.

Read about Playback...it works great and you could be anywhere in your house or within range of your wi-fi signal and stream all your music to your ipad while you surf etc...did you fall?

Seems the price has gone back up to 429 32gb wifi unless the 350 price was 16gb wifi.
