Looking for a dual tray CD recorder, MAINLY INTERESTED IN PIONEER, ONKYO OR SONY.

Also I'll look at an onkyo 511 that needs repair.

I had a Philips (CDR-XXX) something that was dual well. I think that only one side of all of these dual wells will record CDs. Some older stand alones also require CD-R Music discs and a computer CD-R will not work.

I have an old Pioneer Elite with an all copper chassis but it is a single drive.  I used it for a long time with an old DAC with a record output loop to make CDs for the car.  While I may make an occasional CD, I don't really use it with the iPod and what it can do.  They (might be Sony or Pioneer) used to make a recorder with a 3-disc changer that I thought was neat.
