Purchased a used pair of Stratos Mono Extremes about 3 weeks ago and I want to register them for the balance of the warranty period.  Sent numerous emails about the registration of the units including a pdf of the bill of sale from the original owner and I've never heard a peep from anyone at Odyssey.

Is this normal or should I consider myself out of warranty luck?

Need some answers, please.

I tried the site first and it did not seem to work. 

It's all good now and I'm enjoying my new amps.
