I like it. The piano is noticeably clearer than the 16/44 version I have also. Worth the seventeen bucks to me.

Good question. I don't know the answer, as the SACD of this album was remastered in 2004. Speaking of the SACD, it is available for around $15 online, and has a 5.1 mix that gets very good reviews.
