Is it possible to locate the iTunes database (db) on a server and access the database from two different computers, both running iTunes?  I use an iPod and will access the db from my computer; my wife will use an iPad and will access the dB from her computer.

Is this possible?

Yes, it's possible but I highly recommend against it especially if there are multiple users. The likelihood of accidental deletion/changes to the library are very high. If you still want to do it, simply point to the same location from both machines.  Also, if you rip new music from one machine, you'll have to 'Add to Library' from the other.

Thank you.  I'll have to search to see if I can then keep two different iTunes databases but access both of them.
