I was looking around buy.com for something (can't even remember) and ran across
this. I remembered all our talk on building a PC music server and thought this was awful close to be useable.
If only they supported .wav! I mean I think 802.11g supports enough bandwidth to do it, doesn't it? This solution seem quite elegant for the front end because of its fancy remote with LCD, digital output that would allow you to use an hi quality DAC and you can put a large noisy server with all your music on large disks in another room thanks to the wireless network.
Maybe a bunch of us should band together and petition that one of these companies supports .wav!
