Best Way to Drive a 2.1 setup? Under $250

What would you guys recommend getting in order to drive 2.1 setup I am creating?  The mains are high-efficiency TangBands and the woofer is a sealed 50L Shiva.

That's a tough one.  I assume that the Shiva is powered already and you want some type of integrated amp that also has a xover built in?  Why don't you try something like the Griffin that everyone is raving out for a hundred bucks?  It doesn't have a xover, but the price is right, and you can probably hook up a y-splitter from the microphone out to send a signal to your Shiva...
