It might be, the layout of the 3 areas flow beautifuly together, but at the time it was never intended to be anything more than just a living area. I have a room 14 X 18 that was designed when I built the house to be a dedicated HT I even prepulled all of the speaker wire, HDMI.etc.... before I hung sheet rock and wouldnt you know it about the time my money was right to finish it the economy tanked! So thats been put on hold untill I realy feel certain about droping the kind of cash it will take to finish out that room from tha family budget. Ive had alot of people tell me to use my equity line to finish it but Ill tell you guys, my borrowing days are over for a long time! Cash is king baby! R.K.
