Danny and friends,
I have a lot of flexabilty in where to mount my center channel speaker. I have 4 basic options that I would like some input on:
1. Above the screent mounted to the screen box in verticle or horizontal orientation.
2. Below the screen mounted to the screen box in verticale or horizontal orientation
3. On my front rack in a verticle or horizontal orientation. I am a little worried about having a speaker on the same stand as my tube amp, is that a real worry?
4 On a stand in front of the rack in a verticle or horizontal orientation. Doesn't look that great and will suffer some WAF loss. Probably my least favored option.
I tend to think that a verticle orientation is better and that because of the baffle step loss built into the crossover it's better to be out in the room, but honestly I don't know if having it physically close to the screen also has merit.
As always I really appreciate your time and knowlege on these questions.
Here are two pictures for reference.

Thanks,
Robert
