WTB - USB DAC - prefer one driven by USB power, under $100

I am looking for a decent USB DAC for under $100.

I do vastly prefer one that does not need an additional PS, so USB powered would be ideal.

Nice if it had a 1/4 headphone plug and built in amp, but not req'd.

Anyone have something collecting dust they are willing to ship to Canada?

Thanks, I have seen that one, for sale by same seller on Head-Fi too.

If he wants to meet my price, I am open to that piece for sure, but won't grind him on it.  Last one on HF sold for $90...

I ended up finding a Grant Fidelity DAC 09.
