I purchased this cartridge a few months ago from William Thakker on E-bay. He was selling these from his collection of New Old Stock (NOS) Ortofon carts. It has been mounted for 5 hours and isn't fully run in.
The cartridge came with no manual or mounting hardware. The generic case shown in the first picture is included.
