This is a 300 VA (volt amp) transformer. The transformer puts our 25V + 25V, but after going through the power supply, the voltage is increased by 1.42 so you get +35 volts and – 35 volts DC. The power supply will put out 8.5 amps.

It's a bit low for my application.  I need a transformer with output voltage from 30-35 VAC.
