My SBT is on the way, if I want to use external dac to I go usb from SBT to dac and then just regular ic's from dac to my Jolida 801a?

You would want to take Digital Output of the Touch (either COAX or toslink) to your DAC then regular IC's to your integrated (not sure what type 801a is). The touch's USB interface is primarily for hooking up an external hard drive although it can be hacked apparently to use the USB output, if I were you I'd set it up like above to get started.
