If you're not familiar, google for some reviews. Very well regarded and very flexible DAC here. It has two inputs - a coax and an optical. It also has two outputs that have opposite polarities. You could use this to feed two different setups if you wanted or use it as a switching selector between a coax and optical digital source. It was only bested in my system over the past year by the Tranquility at over double the cost. I'm liquidating my second system due to lack of use, so it's time for this standby to go. In perfect operating condition and with original shipping materials.
