Tuesday I upgraded my AV123 LS9 crossovers with sonciap platinums and replaced the erse cap with a sonciap on Danny's advice. Danny also recommends 500 hours of break in, so I'm obviously no where near that.
But after two days of running a break in disc I can say the difference is there is pleasantly so. The one thing that really stands out is the microdynamics, little things I didn't notice before or did notice but were smeared in the soundstage have seperated and opened up. The mids and bass are much more articulate and deep? The highs seem a little more airy and seem to be opening up more each day. Curious what more "break in" will do and bring. Best $300 I've spent.
