Fuse value for B100 ?

Fuse value for B100 ?

What is the fuse value for the B100 ?
On the back it just says 4A - 250V
Is this Fast Blow or Slow Blow?
I like to have a spare on hand.

Is this the same in Europe?
I tried getting the fuse out so I could take a look at it, but I am afraid of breaking it. The fuse is located near the amplifier enclosure itself, I see a little black tap but it doesnt seem to move. Can I just "twist" the fuse out without breaking anything?
