A few months ago I built jack's kit of the Bugle and power supply. I wanted to build them into an enclosure, but I couldn't find any detailed plans, only pictures. My primary goals for an enclosure were: one case (not two), functional rather than beautiful, minimum hum and noise. So I designed one. I have posted my results, including a detailed parts list, pictures, and cutting template on diyaudioprojects with the same title as this posting:

http://diyaudioprojects.com/Forum/search.php?search_id=egosearch&sid=922bbf0191a1b496df91678c72def421

I put it there because that forum seemed to have more long postings with pictures than AudioCircle. I hope this forum doesn't mind the cross reference.

My conclusions: the Bugle is dead silent in the enclosure, and it all works very well mechanically.

Hi Nelsdave,

I just today posted my first on this Forum, at Jim H's suggestion: a chassis for the Bugle and Power Supply.  It sounds as if you and I should at least exchange pics.  My email: tpatton67@gmail.com.  I can send pics by email but can't see how to attach them to a post on this Forum.  (I'm really bad at Forum stuff.)

The problem with DIY forum - you can't go to link without registering... :(
