There are probably a bunch of them in that price range.

There is the Circuit Gear CGR-101 http://www.syscompdesign.com/CGR101.html

For a little more there is this: http://www.linkinstruments.com/mso19.htm - gets a pretty good review on TM World.

Note, I have the little Circuit Gear scope, it's not bad. I like my Tek 2465B better tho. :)

Off topic, but I have a 20MHz analog scope I'd be happy to part with for $200, an Instek GOS-620. It's in very good shaped and works perfectly.

I have a Stingray USB Oscope from usb-instruments.  Dave slagle apparently has the same one.  I've not used it yet but dave has.

Ran across this in a email this morning. http://www.screenscopetraces.com/index.html

Not usb and a little more expensive but it quite interesting. No computer needed, just a mouse and a display.
