All I know is Big B said that if I put a 10.0 uF in series with the tweeter it would work fine. So I installed a pair of 800v Jantzen Audio Silver Z caps. No degridation of sound and no fried tweeters.

Well, yes the 800V(!!) would make for a large cap regardless of the capacitance.
