The two diagonal scratches R speaker are image defects not on the speakers.

I've had the pleasure of hearing these speakers several times, and they are simply amazing.  Utterly relaxing and natural-sounding, I mean they sound like live instruments are in the room.  Speakers this size are not supposed to do that!  My hat is off to whoever designed these, he did an absolutely outstanding job.  And as you can see from the photos, they are gorgeous.
