Is it possible to tell the class of amplifier just based on this info: ST mos-fet amp modules? My un-educated guess is AB.

probably is AB but MOSFET amps can be A, B, AB etc

Yes. I
think
the International Rectifier chipset boards from Class D Audio (currently being discussed in Cheap and Cheerful HiFi) use MOSFETs.
As far as MOSFETs used in Class A, I believe the Pass Aleph's use them.
