Do any of you know of a good source who would design and make a circuit board? The schematic consists of about 50, or so small parts (resistors, transistor, capacitors). I have a list of all the manufacturer's part numbers.

The circuit board would have to be designed from ground up, as I only have the schematic an no preliminary design.

There are about a trillion of them.   I've never used one because I do my own but DipTrace has a service.   You give them the schematic and the BOM and they will give you a price.

If you need to design an SMPS or a mixed digital/analog board I'd probably look for someone that does that on a regular basis but if it is just analog... you are probably ok using just about anyone who does good layout.

Do you have a real world working sample of the circuit.
I can't count the number of schematics that I've seen that didn't work as drawn.
