The last time I went to Jeffs with a repair I saw Adrian.
This morning I get to Jeffs and Scott F is already there.
Next time you talk to Scott ask him if he knows the resistor color code.

I don't remember...honest

Just so you guys know, Jeff (Tekwiz) does one heck of a job and is WAY more reasonable than others I've had service my gear. He even polished my knobs  :o  I'll be a regular from now on. Lord knows I've got tons of broken gear here that I'll never get around to trouble shooting.

Now if I could just find a pair of those ADS speakers and a Mac 2100 like he was using in his shop I'd be a happy camper  :thumb:

BTW, I'm leaving my crossover out in the trunk of the car so it can get cryo-treated tonight  :green:

In a similar vein, I referred one of my clients to Chris at B-P-T for some speakerwires. The service that Chris showed him was first rate. I was very impressed with the build quality and the overall fit and finish including the packaging.

I also give a big thumbs up for Jeff and Chris. It is a wonder and a godsend to have capable, honest folks who help out in our hobby/quest/obsession for good sound at a reasonable cost.  :thumb:

Do you think there could be a sonic difference depending on the color of car you leave it in ?
With the weather in your neck of the woods Scott, if you leave it in your car tonight you might not see your car until the spring thaw in early may

I'll be glad to jump on the Jeff bandwagon since I am listening to the Technics tuner he brought back from the dead along with a nice sub-woofer. I have given out his information with my recommendation to several folks in need of repair. We are lucky to have him in business in our area!
