I bought this for my JMW 10.5 tonearm with a spindle to distance of 250mm for to use in place of my VPI Jig. I find it to be better in fine tunning the cartridge alignment. It improves the sound on the inner grooves and overall lowers distortion. This Protractor can be used for tonearms with a spindle to pivot distance of 250mm.
