I mentioned this in the music circle:
http://www.audiocircle.com/index.php?topic=71975.0

Full disclosure: My wife runs the venue (600 seat auditorium & conference center) and she booked the line-up.

For more info, check out: http://www.theclaytoncenter.com/schedule.html

Hope some of you can make it out!

The Clayton Center is one fantastic venue!  I have seen Jesse Cook twice there and had a wonderful time!  :thumb:

<Shameless Plug>

FYI... Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder play at The Clayton Center this Saturday (4pm and 8pm shows).

Would like to point out this appearance brings home Raleigh native and Kentucky Thunder banjo player Jim Mills. Mills is a six-time winner of the IBMA Banjo Player of the Year Award. Other members of Kentucky Thunder are Tennessee fiddle master and 2009 IBMA nominee for Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year Andy Leftwich; lead guitarist and former National Flatpicking Champion Cody Kilby; tenor vocalists and rhythm guitarists Mark Fain and Paul Brewster; and IBMA nominated bassist Darrin Vincent.

If anyone is planning on coming out, let me know. Would be nice to grab a beer before the show or during intermission.

Hi Rich!

It's been way too long - I've lost touch with a lot of folks unfortunately.  :(

If you get a chance to make it on down, you're more than welcome to stay. I'll line up some nice IPAs for ya.  :thumb:

I went to the Clayton for Jesse Cook,  the last time he was there.  Back in April.   Great venue,  great performance.  I had a wonderful time.
